We specialize in improving organizational systems, optimizing employee performance, and improving workplace wellness and culture.

We support and empower all leaders and educators through a transformative process. Leader by leader, we aim to pioneer a future where all educators have equal opportunities to grow and thrive.

We are inspired by community and energized by our mission to improve the wellness of educators and children. BX-OP is dedicated to helping organizations improve results by developing productive habits and honoring the values of their leaders and educators.

It is time to think and behave in a more effective way, where all educators are understood and valued.

Why BX-OP?

Invested in
Organizational Change

BX-OP specializes in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). We educate and provide behavioral consultation regarding performance management and behavioral systems analysis.

Framework
Driven

Our BX-OP Framework is utilized during behavioral consultation. Your behavior will change through the process, creating new habits. Setting goals and engaging in reciprocal feedback during the process ensures values and goals are being met, without the feeling of being told to create the change. Your understanding of evidence-based practices and perspective of other team members while being culturally responsive will transform as you are guided towards behavior opportunities that honor your values and goals, focused on results.
